We offer a plan that will pay the rent due under the terms of the tenancy within 15 days of the rent becoming due. What’s more we will arrange legal action at our expense and continue to pay the rent until such time as we obtain vacant possession of your property.

Protected Deposits

The TDSRA is a scheme approved by ARLA. Under the scheme deposits are protected during the tenancy ensuring funds are available at the end of the term. Free arbitration services are available to landlord or tenant should a dispute arise over the return of the deposit.
