Green Shoots Appearing in Windsor!

Although this has been a very tough year there are some green shoots appearing in Windsor.

TK Maxx has recently opened in the old John Lewis/Caleys unit and seems to be doing well.  Campsie acted in the letting of another prominent unit on the High Street to Cath Kidston a major fashion & home interior retailer and both these national retailers can only enhance Windsor as a shopping destination.

Campsie will soon be marketing the Fat Face store on Peascod Street which equates to approximately 2,500 sq.ft.

Although the office market is slow Campsie have recently let two suites in Slough, traditionally a very tough market.  In Windsor town centre Campsie have three freehold offices under offer.

We are optimistic that this year should be more productive with more activity and applicants who are willing and able to proceed!.
