1. Energy Performance Certificate

It is mandatory for EPC's to be prepared for both residential and commercial property being marketed.

An EPC for a commercial property comprises of the European A-G scale of energy efficiency, which you may be familiar with from white goods and other items where this energy labelling now exists.  The second part of an EPC is a Recommendations Report, which focuses on ideas for improving the energy efficiency of the building, including some that have a very quick payback period.

Campsie can assist with any works required to improve the efficiency of your building.  This will also improve marketability when a building receives a higher rating certificate.

Campsie can provide EPC's.  A team of qualified Energy Assessors can undertake the necessary site survey and research to prepare accurate EPC's.  We should stress that the legal responsibility for obtaining and EPC lies with you as our Client and there are statutory penalties for non-compliance.
