Where time is limited we work with our customers as a partnership to provide an acquisition service that you feel in control of.  Our acquisition service consists of:

• taking a detailed brief of your commercial property requirements;
• sourcing available properties that fits the brief;
• discussing available properties with you to create a property shortlist;
• organising a viewing schedule for property shortlist;
• attending viewings schedule with you;
• discussing viewed properties and offering advice as to the most suitable for your needs;
• negotiating the best possible terms for you;
• instructing solicitors;
• drawing up Heads of Agreement and sending to all parties involved;
• processing the transaction through to completion.
